Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Nashville Shoe Warehouse, we want you to love the shoes you're in. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days from the purchase date. Product that has been worn will not be accepted. You can return your shoes for free using the pre-paid FedEx shipping label contained in your box.  PLEASE NOTE:  Pre-paid return shipping label is only provided if you purchased your shoes from nashvilleshoewarehouse.com.  If you purchased from another website, you must adhere to their return policy.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. You can use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label to return the original product and place a new order for the size or color that you need.  

We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Be sure to include the return information located on the packing slip provided with your order, along with your daytime telephone number.

All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip.  Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error lies with Nashville Shoe Warehouse.  We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.
